Basically, what this does is it's going to create an intake form using one of your intake form templates. I built this bankruptcy intake form in the previous video. It's gonna create this form, a version of this form specifically for this matter. And that's important because basically the system needs to know which matter needs to be updated with fields when the form is submitted. If you remember, we had custom fields linked to that intake form so that when the form gets filled out, it's going to update those custom fields for this particular matter and client. All you do here is click "Prepare form" once you've chosen the form template in contact that should be filling it out. That'll create the form and it basically creates a unique URL for that form. So, this is where the form can be accessed online.
